On May 21, Matroda made his highly anticipated return to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The tech-house tastemaker earned widespread recognition after performing in 2021 at EDC Las Vegas‘ stereoBLOOM stage. One year later, the “Forget It” producer stepped up to the circuitGROUNDS plate for the very first time, delivering a high-octane hour-long set under a much larger portion of EDC’s electric sky.
During his circuitGROUNDS takeover—and, without a word on the mic—Matroda championed tech-house’s snowballing appeal as a main stage-worthy subgenre, incorporating work from Chris Lake, TroyBoi, Flux Pavilion, MK, frequent collaborator Bleu Clair, and even Mozart.
