To Dancing Astronaut‘s fortune, it’s been a never-ending string of Swedish House Mafia content this past week. Between the long-awaited kickoff of their Paradise Again tour—which has made stops in Miami, New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Toronto, and Ilesoniq thus far—the delivery of “Turn On the Lights again..” with Fred again.., and a last-minute, Boiler Room-style show in Queens with the Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch in 2022, the trio is keeping their foot on the gas by sharing an entire high-quality recording of their return to Ushuaïa Ibiza from mid-July.

Outside of unofficial stream uploads, Swedish House Mafia have typically held live set recordings close to the chest in years past. But after a surprise upload of their portion of the Coachella set with The Weeknd back in June, it seems like they’re all in on allowing fans to re-experience some of their newest shows. The trio’s appearance at Ushuaïa—their first trip to the White Isle since 2019—marked their first official solo set since the completion of the Save The World tour, and they decided to convert it into their first BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix in more than a decade. After supplying BBC with a thirty-minute mix for Radio 1 Dance Weekend exactly a year ago, Swedish House Mafia went back to give it a proper full-length session with their Ushuaïa set. Running at two hours in length, their Ushuaïa set sums up what makes Swedish House Mafia one of dance music’s most iconic names, opening with their “Can U Feel It” introductory edit before rinsing several unreleased 2022 reworks, a “Laktos,” “Apologize,” and “Calling” mashup, the forenamed single with Fred again.. with “Sufficate,” Axwell’s unreleased “Moth To A Flame” remode, and their closing edit of “Save The World” with “For You” and “Don’t You Worry Child.”
