Following the recent news that his 2021 finale, “Human,” has reigned atop US Dance radio, holding the No. 1 spot for four months post-release, comes Summit’s spin on “Don’t Forget My Love.” As to be expected, the Off The Grid Records founder’s tech fluency hits at full force on a recasting that finds Dancing Astronaut‘s Breakout Artist of 2021 toeing a more melodic variety of underground terrain. The progression is pure velvet, and Summit’s expansion of his skill—and relatedly, his sound—is unmistakable on what surfaces as the second official remix of the Miguel assist.
