Back in October 2021, Kaskade stunned those in attendance at EDC Las Vegas. Ushering in a completely refreshed tracklist, Kaskade brought attendees the type of set they never knew they needed from him. While Kaskade is widely hailed for his progressive anthems and REDUX style of deep house, he also stepped into a new field of dark, melodic techno. And that foray continues even further, with Kaskade’s first collaboration with Justus—a fast-rising producer from the Netherlands—arriving via Arkade.

Kaskade had first teased a potential collaboration at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway when he began rinsing a mashup of Justus’s single “Astro” with his very own “Fire In Your New Shoes.” And since October 2021, Kaskade has ventured into an abundance of new styles under the deep house and melodic-techno umbrella. From the v3 version of Fire & Ice to Kx5‘s newest album previews, Kaskade has continually shown why he is one of the most influential figures in dance music. “Dance With Me” is rife with room-filling techno drums that sit over a big-room inspired bassline that make for a unique collaboration, almost drawing some inspiration from Hardwell’s new bigroom-techno crossover.
