Le Youth, LeyeT reunite on This Never Happened for worthy ‘Feel Around You’ follow-up, ‘Hologram’

Le Youth and LeyeT were two names behind one of Dancing Astronaut‘s Top Tracks of 2022 from one of Dancing Astronaut‘s Top Albums of 2022. Out of virtually thin air, This Never Happened revealed that a “Feel Around You” successor existed less than 24 hours ahead of its arrival. In one of the quickest announce and release turnarounds in recent This Never Happened history, Le Youth and LeyeT have formally reunited to run back their Reminders meeting with “Hologram.”

The Reminders creator had already secured himself a spot at the year’s eventual track of the year conversation—on “Lost” with Jerro and Lizzy Land—and less than three months into the year, he’s now looking to have “Hologram” follow a similar path that “Feel Around You” did the year prior. Centered around the feeling of “reaching the stage of healing where [a past relationship] can’t hurt you anymore”—as LeyeT herself described it—”Hologram” sees Le Youth and LeyeT faultlessly replicate the same harmonious melodic house synergy between producer and singer-songwriter that they found themselves in once before.
