Mathame are back on Astralwerks for the delivery of their latest melodic techno single. “To Hope”—the Italian brother duo’s latest offering—showcases the captivating Mathame sound that has enthralled electronic music listeners across the globe. Self-described by Mathame as “their version of a party track,” “To Hope” is a track that builds through winding synths and erupts with a pulsating club fever, evoking an uplifting, joyous ambiance. Debatably the single’s most impressive about the track—however—is the way it seems like a never-ending melody that continues to build with momentum.

The duo created “To Hope” in a Tulum hotel room in only two hours, demonstrating their technical prowess and musical genius. It’s the next step in the journey for Mathame, which has included a string of recent singles like “Come For You” and “So What.” Mathame had been holding onto “To Hope” since pre-COVID, and it’s easy to see why. The track quickly became one of the hottest tracks to play amongst DJs on the global club circuit, garnering massive crowd reactions wherever it appeared. And with festivals and the clubs blooming at an all time high, Mathame decided it was the ideal time to unleash “To Hope” upon the world.
