Off The Grid is coming out firing in 2023 and surrendering one of Dancing Astronaut‘s most-anticipated IDs of the year. Towards the end of the 2023 summer, John Summit began doing one of the things that he simply does best, introducing another sought-after release from Max Styler. And after “Resist” touched down as part of the label’s Excursions Vol. 1 compilation, Styler is now back on Off The Grid on his own, attaching that ID—officially known as “Wanna Dance”—to “Rock The House” alongside FRANCO BA to create a double sided EP.

The two-for-one outing freely builds off what Styler delivered via Off The Grid almost five months prior and aptly serves as his musical entry into 2023. Wanna Dance‘s title track joined that forenamed release list without much further explanation needed, coming as an undeniable standout moment in nearly every Summit set that followed its debut into the fall and winter season. And its ’90s-angled, FRANCO BA-assisted B-side didn’t move forward without requests for its arrival either—especially after appearing in Dancing Astronaut‘s 2021 Breakout Artist of the Year‘s back-to-back with Kaskade’s on New Year’s Eve—with both Wanna Dance pieces adding a pair of animated, club-directed cuts to Off The Grid’s growing release record. Stream them both below.
