At the tail end of September, OOTORO ran it back with Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch in 2021 Bleu Clair for “Killer Bee” with Chyra, the successor to one of our top tracks of 2021. Now, the focus shifts entirely back to OOTORO and the final piece to his Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch in 2022 campaign: with a debut on Thrive Music.
When OOTORO shared his end-of-year graphic from Spotify, he left it off with a quick teaser that his release schedule in 2022 hadn’t reached its final stop just yet. And we now know what his grand sendoff is, with OOTORO shifting from “Killer Bee” over to “KILLA” for a near three-minute, vocal chop-doused flurry of tech-house that supplies a more than fitting finale to his year that we duly forecast would be destined for greatness.
