And just like that, Ultra 2022 has already come and gone. After a painstakingly never-ending wait for Ultra to not only reappear following its three-year, COVID-19-induced hiatus but to also replant its festival footprint in the heart of downtown Miami for the first time since its 20th anniversary edition, its Bayfront Park homecoming rightfully filled the empty void that dance music had been severely missing. While the post-Ultra depression unrelentingly powers forward, we’re attempting to suppress any amount of that by going back to Bayfront Park to soak in Ultra’s three-day grand return with every currently available set in either stream, audio, or fan-recorded form.

house music Miami

Surreal is truly the only proper adjective to use when describing the feeling from the moment eyes were first laid on Ultra’s cube-anchored mainstage design to the closing seconds of Hardwell’s statement-making, bigroom-techno crossed comeback. And in between those hours of March 25 and March 27 were an endless succession of memorable performances that both opened the festival season floodgates and set the tone for the remainder of 2022, including Martin Garrix’s unreleased-music masterclass and STMPD RCRDS surprise set, ILLENIUM’s historic Saturday mainstage closing slot, Madeon’s first Ultra appearance since 2013, Pendulum’s return to Miami after five years, and even Swedish House Mafia’s pre-Hardwell Paradise Again teaser. Restart the countdown until Ultra returns to Bayfront Park once more on March 24 – 26, 2023 with over 70 sets from its 2022 festival below.

This list will be updated as more sets become available.
