Rinzen, SOEL combine talents for four-track joint EP, ‘Meliora’

From releasing the third installment of his “The Story Of Rinzen” mix series to playing major festivals and five-hour-long DJ sets, Rinzen has now bestowed listeners with an all-new EP in collaboration with SOEL.

Typical of Rinzen’s expert style, the four-track EP is a sonic voyage of melodic synth work, driving bass lines, and hypnotic textures. Carrying a sense of warmth on “Meliora,” dark and brooding energy on “Patterned Chaos,” along with a pulsating dance floor entity on “Beauty In The Midst Of Uncertainty,” the EP is a diverse arrangement of well-honed expansion. Working with SOEL on “Meliora” one year ago, the two sent the track over to Tale Of Us, who converted it into an instant hit amongst techno-lovers. Rinzen explained in a Facebook post that the duo’s support then inspired both him and SOEL to write three more tracks together, with the full EP being born soon thereafter.
