In a groundbreaking world premiere, the highly anticipated CORE stage by Tomorrowland was unveiled amidst the enchanting jungle of Tulum. Crafted entirely in-house by the esteemed creative team at Tomorrowland, the mythical CORE stage hosted electrifying performances by renowned artists such as Boys Noize, Diplo, Disclosure, HAAi, Mind Against, and more. The event unfolded in one of the most mesmerizing locations on Earth, where the harmonious blend of music and nature converged in the midst of lush surroundings, embraced by the captivating Zamna cenote and the untamed beauty of nature.
A Fusion of Nature and Music in the CORE Stage
The newly constructed CORE stage seamlessly integrated into the jungle setting of Tulum, boasting a rocky structure adorned with natural and aquatic elements. The stage came alive with spectacular lights and laser beams, creating a visual spectacle that enraptured the audience. Over 16,000 music enthusiasts embarked on a captivating journey, guided by custom-made video content that unfolded throughout the night.
The central video wall showcased magical and dreamlike elements, drawing visitors into a realm of dreams and darkness. Unprecedented in Tomorrowland’s history, lights, video, and scents synergized to elevate the sensory experience. As dawn approached, the CORE stage transitioned from the darkness into a vibrant new atmosphere.
Tomorrowland dedicated over a year to crafting the new CORE stage, pushing the boundaries of experience and design. Following its debut in Mexico, the CORE stage is poised to become one of Tomorrowland’s iconic stages, with plans to grace various locations worldwide, including two weekends in the enchanting forests of Tomorrowland in Boom, Belgium, slated for July 2024.
Encore in Tulum’s Jungle – January 20, 2024
On January 20, Tomorrowland will once again unveil the awe-inspiring CORE stage in Tulum’s jungle, featuring performances by notable artists such as Agents Of Time, Brina Knauss, Kölsch, Vintage Culture, and more. The Isla stage will host DJ BORING, Krystal Klear, Mura Masa, and others, while ATRIP, Todd Edwards, Olympe, Iñigo Vontier b2b Thomass Jackson, and more will take the stage at the Garden stage.
